The cherry red color, lacy leaves, weeping form, I love everything about this Japanese Maple tree. I bought a small seedling of a dwarf variety to plant in my garden without knowing that it takes many years to grow. In ideal conditions they can live for over hundred years. I am visualizing it’s glorious presence in my garden in few years.
